I am SUPER excited to be working with James Ingram of JIVE Photographic. We've been creating a small series of food video vignettes and for the first in the series, I chose to make Carlo's dad's Tiramisu.
Savoiardi (Ladyfinger cookies)
- separate eggs - whisk yolks with 6 Tbsp sugar - add Mascarpone and mix well - add cocoa to taste
- whisk whites with a pinch of salt to stiff peaks - add to Mascarpone - fold in a little at a time
- dip Ladyfingers in coffee and build in layers until finished
