JVH's Clear Conscience

Jeffrey Van Horne, aka JVH, contacted me last weekend to photograph his 'Clear Conscience' cocktail.

It seriously tasted even better than it looks.

Gin, Lillet, grapefruit essence and thick-sliced peel combined with some JVH magic.

*sigh* Why oh why did I decide to live 30km outside of Halifax? I could drink these all night long.
