MY FIRST TIME BAKING WITH RYE FLOUR
This Chocolate Rye Cake with Brown Butter-Honey Whipped Cream was an experiment that went so right I can still hardly believe it.
I used rye and whole wheat flours in place of white flour, maple syrup and honey in place of sugar, and olive oil in place of butter.
It was my first time baking with rye and whole wheat flours, and it turned out better than I even imagined.
