Earl Grey Mocktail With Grapefruit And Honey
Ingredients
- Earl Grey tea
- Honey
- Water
- Grapefruits
- Kumquats for garnish
Instructions
- Brew Earl Grey tea. Cool.
- Bring equal parts honey and water to a gentle simmer to combine. Cool.
- Juice grapefruits.
- In a rocks glass over ice, combine 1 ½ ounces grapefruit juice with 1 ounce of honey syrup. Top with cooled Earl grey tea and garnish with sliced kumquats.
