First, Jessie from Purple House Café and I collaborated on a story about this past spring's FARM-MARKET-TABLE recipe contest with the Halifax Seaport Farmer's Market - Cait from Eatitorial, and her winning Fish Taco, are featured in our article. Meanwhile, Kathy from eatHalifax! also wrote and shot a story about one of Halifax's fantastic new restaurants, 2 Doors Down.
Cait drove out to my house one sunny afternoon and whipped up a fish taco, which I then styled and photographed. The same day, we also got a really nice headshot of Cait but a few weeks later, she chopped her hair off! It looked so cute that we thought we should re-shoot. We met upstairs on the roof of the market one afternoon and got this super-cute pic:
