My new friend Aimée and I recently got together for a fun lunch photo shoot including this recipe for Citrus, Shrimp, and Quinoa Salad with Feta from Allison Day’s new cookbook Modern Lunch. I already own Whole Bowls, Allison’s first cookbook, and love it, and I was recently sent a copy of Modern Lunch, so when Aimée suggested shooting one of Allison’s recipes I was in! So far have tried the Turkish Poached Eggs, Savory Vegetable Cobbler (which we loved – homemade biscuits baked on top!), and the Citrus, Shrimp, and Quinoa Salad with Feta (which Aimée made and styled).
